As a Personal trainer & dance instructor/choreographer, I've always felt it was important for me to have fun. I've been into fitness since I could remember, from weight class in high school to playing multiple sports. Fitness became a lifestyle and it was one I would keep till this day. Came to America from Nigeria at a very young age and it's normal to forget your language and some things you learned from back home but I was determined to keep my culture alive. I continued speaking my language, dancing our traditional dance and as I grew into my adult life, it became my main source of fitness. I realized, if I can see results and have this much fun getting healthy, why not teach others how to do the same. Yayafitness was born from my passion to stay fit and help others find their fitness goals through Afrobeat Dance Fitness. Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. I like to teach the basics for those who are new and starting out. For those who have more experience, you have the option to jump right in to whichever intensity you would like.
